Before you come to the lab
1. revise the lectures: dog (pdf), sheep (pdf)
2. look through this web site
3. do the dog anaesthesia pre-practical test and print out your certificate; or do the sheep pre-practical test and make sure you get at least 50%.
When you get to the lab
If there is something you don't understand, check with your supervisor before you do anything!
This site is designed to be looked at to prepare you for the BVSc3 anaesthesia practical classes. It will not work properly in old web browsers - use Safari or Firefox if possible.
Before giving an anaesthetic, you must have everything ready that may be needed (and know what to do with it!!).
