Circle systems

To start with, the system contains air (20% oxygen & 80% nitrogen), so an oxygen flow rate of about 2L/min is used for 5 - 10mins, then reduced to about 500mL/min. The animal's minimum requirement is 10mL/kg/min, but most vaporisers need at least 250mL/min to work accurately.
